Refunds

Our refund guarantee is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products and fragrance refreshers are not eligible for a refund. 

To complete your refund, we need an invoice or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, a credit will be automatically deposited into your credit card or original source of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be booked.

If you have done all this and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.

Exchange:

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same item, please send us an email via our contact form.

Shipping:

To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are not refundable. 

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
